Yes! Businesses outside of California are welcome to shop at the San Francisco Flower Market. You have two options:
Taxable Badge (Out-of-state businesses): For businesses located outside of California. You can purchase a Taxable Badge, which gives you access to the Market during wholesale hours, with sales tax applied to your purchases.
Resale Badge (California businesses only): For licensed California businesses that resell flowers and floral products. This Badge allows you to purchase products without paying sales tax, provided you supply a valid California resale certificate.
